Baltic Times Gets Lazy, Again

In a pg. 2 sidebar the Jul 09-15, 2009 Baltic Times reports that at position #131, Estonian residents are the unhappiest people in the world (except for 12 African countries who rate lower, Latvia being at 101st) using as their source the British think tank, “New Economics Forum” (nef) who in turn are using something called the 2nd (un)”Happy Planet Index “(HPI). You can download their pdf. and slog through it at your leisure as I did but I recommend that you leave that for a stormy weekend when you have absolutely nothing else to do and access to several perfectly cylindrical bottles of Vodka chilled in the fridge because perfect cylinders don’t lie as to the remaining volume like asymmetrical wide shouldered ones do and end up due to parallax error leaving you prematurely empty at midnight when all liquor outlets are closed down! Just so you know who is numero uno, Costa Rica. There you have it! Brilliant.

Really, I can see now why the Baltic Times stuffed this piece of fluff into a 113 word border. It's shiite!
